Hi Everybody,

We will have our annual Spring Luncheon on Wednesday, June 3rd.   Sign up sheets will be at the May 6th business meeting.

Payment will be due at the business meeting - We will hold the price at $25 per person

We will also have sign up sheets for volunteers to bring an appetizer, or dessert, help with set up and help with clean up.

Spring BBQ Luncheon

Wednesday June 3rd

11:30 Social Gathering    -    Lunch served at 12:00

This year we are planning to have “Smokin Outlaw” cater our luncheon at Micheon Oklar’s Home**.

The cost per person will be $ 25.00.  Payment is due at the May 3rd business meeting.

·        We would like to have some of our members bring either an appetizer or a dessert.  Five volunteers each for appetizers and desserts should be enough.  

·        We would also like some volunteers to help with setup and take down afterwards. 

There will be signup sheets at the May meeting.

·        We will be having three kinds of meats:  Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken and Beef Brisket.  Sides will be BBQ Baked Beans, and Coleslaw.  Lemonade and unsweetened iced tea will also be served.
